Our highly-trained Pilates instructors have the highest level of training possible which means you will:
- Strengthen your core through slow, intentional movement WITHOUT tweaking your injuries or overloading your joints.
- Resolve or reduce low back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain
- Find help & hope in managing chronic conditions such as scoliosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or hypermobility conditions.
- Stretch, lengthen, and decompress so that you can prevent injuries and keep your active lifestyle (playing golf, tennis, running, practicing yoga, etc.).
Strengthen your “Powerhouse,” and “lengthen to strengthen” your whole body using precise, controlled movements that results in a uniformly developed body with long, lean muscles. With consistent practice, joint pain decreases, stamina increases and you will become stronger and more streamlined. Great place to start your practice.
Stretch and strengthen the your whole body using the customizable springs to add resistance and fun to your workout. Similar to the Tower or Cadillac, with options to adjust the springs to suit your unique body. We tone the arms, legs, back and abs creating the signature streamlined body Pilates is so famous for.
The Pilates Reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows you to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility. The reformer offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, coordination and balance. These in turn lead to better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. Flat abs, strong backs, toned buttocks and thighs are all results of consistent Pilates Reformer practice as well.

HIIT & Barre
Boost your metabolism by activating fast-twitch muscles with Tabata-style interval training and build strong muscles and bones with light hand weights during this body sculpting blend of HIIT & barre. Tone & sculpt your whole body with small controlled movements of barre work. We warmup, work the arms with light hand weights, tone the thighs and booty, then strengthen the core and stretch. Each class varies and infuses short cardio burst to boost your metabolism and burn fat.
