YOGA & COOKING SERIES WITH JOAN DAMICO

Shift out of the COVID funk and into a healthier lifestyle though Yoga & Food, from the comfort of your own home and kitchen!

Boost your immune system & bust through anxiety with this delicious and fun Yoga & Cooking series with Joan Damico.

This 3 Class Workshop Series will take place via Online Zoom Meeting on selected Sundays from 1:00pm – 3:30pm (2.5 hours each) from January through March 2021.

Each session will include a themed yoga class, wellness information, and a vegan and/or Ayurvedic cooking demonstration with a seasonal menu to tie in to the theme.

All tasty recipes and notes will be forwarded to the participants before the classes take place.

Joan D’Amico, Ed. D completed her RYT-200 certification with Judy Heany at Balance in Cape May in Spring 2016, , and her RYT-500 certification at Juluka Yoga Studio with Mandy Grant in Spring 2020. Joan began teaching Yoga after a 20 years of practicing as a student. Joan loves to her passion for cooking healthy recipes especially vegan and vegetarian takes on traditional favorites. Joan studied Food & Nutrition at Montclair University and has taught cooking classes to adults and children throughout the tristate area.

CSV Yoga / Yoga Shred Fusion Flow: Anatomy of the Yoga Shred and a sweaty Metabolism-Boosting Flow infusing the 4 Foundations + HIIT with Sadie Nardini

Sunday Jan 10 (10 am -12 pm EST)
Taking Root to Fly: 75 min yoga practice where you will learn to ignite the ground force reaction of physics to find lightness & lift in your practice with Judy and Karin

All classes will be recorded and you will have forever access to all videos after the weekend.
