YOGA & COOKING SERIES WITH JOAN DAMICO
Shift out of the COVID funk and into a healthier lifestyle though Yoga & Food, from the comfort of your own home and kitchen!
This 3 Class Workshop Series will take place via Online Zoom Meeting on selected Sundays from 1:00pm – 3:30pm (2.5 hours each) from February through April 2021.
Each session will include a themed yoga class, wellness information, and a vegan and/or Ayurvedic cooking demonstration with a seasonal menu to tie in to the theme.
All tasty recipes and notes will be forwarded to the participants before the classes take place.
