Join us Friday and Saturday mornings on beautiful Jackson Street beach in the heart of Cape May.
Allow the rhythm of the waves melt away stress and tension from your body and mind as you are gently guided through a relaxing yoga practice.
Enjoy the unique pleasures of the passing dolphins, soft sand, and gentle breezes.
Please bring a beach towel, water and wear sunscreen.
You do not need to register ahead. An abundance of space is available for all students.
If inclement weather occurs, please join us in the studio for practice instead.
